SHIPPING
We normally process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of being placed.
All orders are shipped out from Indonesia.
International orders sent via DHL normally take 5-10 working days to arrive from the time they are shipped, depending on your location.
RETURNS & CUSTOMS
Please note that during international shipping, customs or import duties could be charged on your parcel when it reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.
We do not accept returns on products if you decide not to pay the taxes and fees upon arrival.
You can exchange or refund any undamaged product purchased from us, as long as it is returned unused, in original packaging and with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds exclude packing and shipping charges.
We can not accept returns and exchanges for the following cases:
- Pierced earring purchases due to health regulations
- Items purchased on sale
- Custom orders
