Shipping policy
Please note that during international shipping, customs or import duties could be charged on your parcel when it reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.
We do not accept returns on products if you decide not to pay the taxes and fees upon arrival.
We normally process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of being placed.
All orders are shipped out from Indonesia.
International orders sent via DHL or Pos Indonesia normally take 5-10 working days to arrive from the time they are shipped, depending on your location.
We strive to ensure your order reaches you promptly and securely. However, in instances where there are issues with shipping and delivery, it is crucial that buyers respond promptly to communications from DHL or from our customer service team.
Important Points to Note:
- Communication: If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, DHL and our customer service team will attempt to contact you via the email address provided at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to check your email regularly and respond to any such communications.
- Non-Response: If we do not receive a response from you within 2 days of our initial contact attempt, and the package remains undeliverable, the order will be considered abandoned.
- Undeliverable Packages: In the event that DHL is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or any other issue, and if you do not respond to our emails or DHL's communications, the package will either be returned to us or destroyed. Please note that you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement in such cases.
We urge all buyers to ensure their contact details are accurate and to respond promptly to any communications regarding their shipment to avoid any inconvenience or loss.
