My self-care rituals have always been a way to reconnect—to ground into my body and move through the day with more presence. Over the years, this practice deepened as I began working with Reiki, learning to move and work with energy, to listen to what the body holds. It transformed the way I care for myself and others, bringing a whole new depth to my daily rituals.

Every product from slō. carries this energy, too. Each piece is Reiki-infused, holding the intention of healing, relaxation, and self-love.
