HOW TO USE:

Before getting started spend a few moments activating your lymph by performing a few small jumps to enhance the circulation of lymphatic fluid throughout your body. Follow by gently tapping on the key lymph nodes located around the body: above the collarbones, the armpits, bikini line and behind the knees. To promote full body lymphatic drainage, use on legs, torso, arms, and neck.

Activate your key lymph nodes located around your body by gently tapping them: around the collarbones, armpits, bikini line and behind the knees.
Practice deep belly breathing as you massage and do 5-10 strokes on each area.
ARMS: Starting at the elbow crease, brush the upper arm in long rhythmic strokes, working upward toward the axillary lymph nodes in your armpit. Brush the inside and outside of your upper arm. Move to your lower arm. Dry brush the top of your hand and wrist all the way up to your armpit.
CHEST: Dry brush from the center of your chest to your armpit, then underneath the chest towards the armpit.
WAIST & STOMACH: Brush from the side of your waist up to your armpit, then from behind your torso to the front of your body. Dry brush your abdominal area in gentle circular motions, working clockwise to help promote digestion.
LEGS: Start at the front of your thighs, at your kneecap, and brush upwards toward the lymph nodes in your bikini line. Move to the back of your thighs and dry brush upward. Move to your lower legs and brush from ankle to kneecap.
Repeat on both sides of your body.

FRIENDLY REMINDER:

Always use on dry skin—before showering, never wet.
Brush using light, upward strokes toward the heart.
Avoid sensitive areas like the face, breasts, and any broken or irritated skin.
Slight redness is normal—don’t press too hard; gentle is effective.
Clean bristles occasionally by soaking them—do not soak the wooden beech board.
Store in a dry place to keep the copper bristles in good condition.
Not recommended for those with skin conditions.
Results vary—consistency over time brings the best benefits.

I love, love, love this copper body brush from slō. It takes dry brushing to a whole new level.

If you’re considering starting a dry brushing practice, I seriously recommend getting a copper one like this. I've been dry brushing for years and love it, but then I learned about the benefits of copper dry brushes and wanted to try it out. I'm so glad I did, what a difference! The copper bristles really stimulates the skin and feels so great for lymphatic drainage.

OMG, the exfoliation you get when using this tool! While I was brushing I could see dead skin cells flying off with every brush stroke. And it was oddly satisfying in the moment (afterwards I had to clean my entire bathroom from the dead skin cells)! The copper bristles really take things up a notch. It’s definitely not your typical soft animal bristle scenario. The quality is so good. The bristles are firm, yet gentle. I have noticed a huge difference on my skin after using it for months now.
