Hurry Up Slowly
Hurry up slowly. I love this saying.
The wording itself offers the perfect balance between a kind of positive urgency — the impulse to see one’s ideas take form and to take aligned, creative action led by intuition — and “slowly,” which brings in the grounded energy of creative stillness. It’s here to make sure you hold a steadfast vision. It’s a feminine energy. The one that knows when to pause, rest, and truly enjoy the process.
As I deepen my practice of a creative life, I’ve come to realize that the real magic often lives in these in-between moments — the quiet pauses, the spaces where inspiration has room to land.
This is exactly why we named our newest journal Hurry Up Slowly — to honour and embody this balance. It's a gentle reminder for your desk or bedside table: to move with intention, listen closely, and trust the beauty in taking your time.
Description
21 days to reconnect with yourself
This is not another wellness routine to keep up with.
It is a place to return to.
The slō. Rituals Library is a 73-page digital guide designed to bring you back to yourself - one small, intentional practice at a time. Over 21 days you will move through body rituals, nervous system care, TCM-inspired nourishment, energy work, and gentle self-reflection - all woven together into a daily practice that asks less than 20 minutes of you and gives back far more.
Each day includes one core ritual and one optional deeper practice for those who want to go further. There is no falling behind. No catching up. Just the page that meets you where you are.

Making it yours for life. Body cupping, cycle and moon awareness, a flower and beauty ritual, a digital detox morning, the evening wind-down ritual, your personal slō. ritual blueprint, and a closing ceremony on Day 21.
